We call for the pricing reform to be extended to other infrastructure projects
Recently, we were delighted with the decision of the copyright holder to distribute the Ukrainian text of CESMM4 free of charge. One of the best international measurement systems has become available for use in road construction. However, CESMM4 covers not only road works and can be applied to all civil engineering.
We urge to extend the use of this and other novelties of the pricing reform to other infrastructure facilities. The Association has sent a relevant letter to the Ministry of Infrastructure.
