UNITE DEVELOPED A DRAFT OF GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION REGARDING CONSULTING ENGINEERS
The UNITE team has developed and submitted to the Ministry of Infrastructure a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers amending the Uniform Requirements for Design, New Construction, Reconstruction and Overhaul of Public Roads, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution № 1065 of 28.12.2016.
The draft resolution aims to clarify the rights and responsibilities of the consulting engineer in accordance with his role in the management of the construction project and to simplify the certification procedure for consulting engineers.
