Start of professional discussion on improvement of pricing methodology

The recently adopted road construction pricing methodology is already going through the next stage of the policy cycle. The newly implemented document is currently being evaluated by practitioners and experts, and the Ministry is collecting opinions for its future update.

Transparency International Ukraine was one of the first to express its ideas. The letter of the organization analyzes the functioning of price databases, the use of a comparative approach for the preparation of estimates, the deduction of funds to cover inflationary costs and risks and other issues. 

At the request of the Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure  of Ukraine UNITE joined the discussion and formed its positions in a letter of response.
