THE MINISTRY OF INFRASTRUCTURE HAS PUBLISHED A DRAFT RESOLUTION, DEVELOPED TOGETHER WITH THE UNITE

The Ministry of Infrastructure published for public discussion the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers amending the Unified Requirements for Design, New Construction, Reconstruction and Overhaul of Public Roads, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1065 of 28 December 2016.

The draft was developed with the participation of experts from the Association and aims to improve the rights and responsibilities of consulting engineers at all stages of road construction, assist in the implementation of internationally recognized forms of FIDIC contracts and deregulate certification procedures for civil engineering consultants.
