New exceptions to the rules for the use of tachographs
The Minister of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development signed amendments to the Regulation on working hours and rest time for drivers of wheeled vehicles. The document was developed at the proposal of the Association. New exceptions to the general rules of working time accounting will come into force after registration with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and publication. From this moment on, the requirements for the use of tachographs will not apply to drivers of specialized vehicles. In particular, to those who work on the restoration of infrastructure.
