A TRANSITION PERIOD FOR THE NEW PRICING METHODOLOGY HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED

The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine provided an opportunity to use the old norms in determining the cost of road works and services in certain cases. On 28.11.2022, amendments to the relevant order came into force.

Thus, it is allowed to use the project documentation formed according to the old standards, which was submitted for expertise until 16.10.2022. Also, cost estimates and pricing standards in construction can be used when adjusting project documentation approved before 16.10.2022.

Additionally, the document emphasizes the possibility of applying fixed prices based on aggregate cost indicators in those cases when the project documentation is not prepared according to the new pricing methodology for road works and services.The text of the order can be found at the link.
