THE INDUSTRY RECEIVED A NEW SOURCE OF CERTIFIED SPECIALISTS

Filling the road construction market with qualified specialists is a long-standing unsatisfied need of the industry. The shortage of certified specialists dates back to pre-war times. And in the context of current operational repairs and the upcoming post-war reconstruction of the country, the situation is getting worse.

To solve this problem, at the end of 2021 “DerzhdorNDI” SE launched the programs and in 2022 the trainings for advanced professional qualification of technical supervision engineers and consulting engineers specialized in road construction were held. But training alone is not enough to perform the work – you need to pass certification.

After the last large-scale reform, the construction sector was significantly digitalized. Qualification certificates have also been improved. Now paper documents have been replaced by records in the Unified State Electronic System in the Field of Construction. However, the functionality for entering records of certificates issued by personnel certification bodies into the system was created only in November. At the very same time, the information about the first graduates of “DerzhdorNDI” SE training programs was entered into the system.

UNITE congratulates specialists with new opportunities. More qualified and productive specialists for the industry means faster recovery for the country.
