We are initiating a dialog with the authorities regarding the seizure of fuel trucks

According to information gathered by the Association, police seize fuel trucks because of deficiencies in the excise tax invoices. This is happening despite the fact that during the period of martial law, carriers are exempt from liability under the Tax Code. Gasoline trucks are sealed together with fuel until the case is heard by the court. That is, the vehicles are being forcibly withdrawn from business activities for an unpredictable period.

The Association sent a letter to the National Police to find a solution to the problem.
