VIRTUAL INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR: WINTER SERVICE ON ROADS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES

The Virtual International Seminar “Winter service on roads and other public places” will run from 13 to 15 December. It will be jointly organised by the World Road Association (PIARC), the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Infrastructure Association UNITE, State Agency of Motor Roads of Ukraine and the Reform Support Team at the State Road Agency (Ukravtodor). The partners of the event were the Autostrada Group of Companies and the RDS Group of Companies. It will be held in virtual (online) format and organised from Ukraine (Kyiv).

Jointly organised by PIARC Technical Committees and the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, the seminar will be attended by representatives of governments and affiliated agencies, as well as experts and researchers from numerous countries. They will share their knowledge and expertise, discuss ideas and experiences, transfer information and technologies and examine a wide selection of questions to improve winter service on roads and public spaces.

For this event, PIARC Technical Committees and the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine will jointly contribute to the seminar’s programme. The seminar will showcase global and local policy, strategy, innovation, and success that can be shared and used around the world by the global PIARC community.
