PROPOSALS TO THE CRITERIA OF CRITICALLY IMPORTANT ENTERPRISES

On 04.11.2022 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine changed the law on mobilization. Now, critically important enterprises for the economy will be able to book employees to keep performing vital tasks for the state. 

Road construction companies are cleaning, rebuilding, and constructing transport infrastructure. This maintains and increases the mobility of troops and the movement of goods and people in the country and abroad. Thus, the mobilization tasks are fulfilled and foreign exchange earnings are received.

Therefore, the criteria for critically important enterprises, which will be approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, should apply to enterprises involved in the maintenance and restoration of transport infrastructure.

The Association appealed to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine with proposals and wording of such criteria.
