The proposals for the procurement methodology in the Road industry prepared
Experts of the Association have prepared amendments to Methodical Recommendations on methodology of peculiarities of procurement in the field of road facilities, approved by order of the Ministry of Economy from 17.08.2020 № 1572. The proposals have been submitted to Ukravtodor for approval and subsequent submission to the Ministry of Economy for consideration.
The amendments are aimed at facilitating the conditions for market participants’ participation in public procurement in the road sector, reducing bureaucratic procedures and unreasonable requirements in the tender documentation preparation by customers, and improving certain provisions of the Methodology.
